Accelerator 13 · Government & public services
Multilingual citizen services assistant (English/Hindi/Telugu)
Answers citizen questions about services and schemes in English, Hindi or Telugu, strictly from the department's own rules.
The problem
- Citizens queue at offices to ask which documents a service needs.
- Rules and circulars are published in English PDFs that many citizens cannot read.
- Helpline staff give different answers to the same question.
What it does
- Answers from the department's approved rules only, with the rule reference.
- Replies in the citizen's language: English, Hindi or Telugu.
- Lists documents, fees, steps and timelines, and says when the citizen must visit an office.
- Can run fully inside a state data centre on open-source models.
Ask a citizen-service question in English, Hindi or Telugu and get eligibility, documents and steps.
