Catalogue enrichment + shopping assistant

Turns raw supplier data into complete product listings and answers shopper questions from the same product facts.

The problem

  • Supplier sheets arrive with missing attributes, inconsistent units and copy that cannot go live.
  • Listings without filters-ready attributes do not show up in faceted search.
  • Shopper questions on product pages go unanswered or get generic replies.

What it does

  • Normalises raw data into title, bullets, description and filter attributes in your taxonomy.
  • Flags missing or conflicting facts for the category team instead of guessing.
  • Answers shopper questions only from listed facts and says when it does not know.

Paste raw supplier data and get a clean listing, attributes and answers to a shopper's question.

The demo first calls the Surge in-house AI server and falls back to a hosted open-source model if it is busy. The badge on the output shows which one answered. Limited to a few runs per visitor per day.

In a working session we map it to your process, systems and rules, and agree what a pilot must prove before it goes live.
