Cancellation and refund policy

This policy applies to payments made to Surge Software Solutions Pvt Ltd for the products we run on their own websites and link from our products page. Paid consulting and project work for clients is covered by the contract for that work.

Our products are free to use. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no renewal charge. You can stop using a product at any time and close your account from its settings or by emailing corp@surgesoftware.co.in.

Some optional features use outside services that charge per use, such as premium AI or voice engines, phone minutes, messages or data look-ups. To use them, you add prepaid credit through Razorpay. Each use is charged from that credit at exactly what the outside service costs us, with no markup.

• Unused credit: refundable in full at any time on request, including when you close your account.
• Used credit: credit already spent on an outside service is not refundable, because we have paid that service for your use.
• Duplicate or failed payments: if you are charged twice, or charged for a top-up that did not add credit, we refund it in full.
• Charging errors: if a use was charged wrongly, tell us and we will correct your balance or refund the difference.

Email corp@surgesoftware.co.in from the email address on your account. Include the product name and, if you have it, the Razorpay payment ID. We will reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it in your account.
