What it taught us
Lessons we bring to enterprise projects
Answers must be checkable
Students act on what the tutor says. We show the steps, flag uncertainty and keep generated practice questions behind an answer check before they go live. The same discipline goes into every enterprise accelerator.
Plan for model outages
Any model provider can be slow or down. Shishya routes across providers and saves questions that could not be answered so they are answered later, instead of showing an error. Client deployments get the same primary-plus-fallback gateway pattern.
Cost is an engineering problem
A free product only survives if every AI call is budgeted. Caps per user, per job and per day, and a monthly view of cost per feature, are built in from the start.
Measure what users do, not what the model says
We track whether learners come back and complete practice, not just how many answers were generated. Enterprise pilots are measured the same way: against the business baseline agreed in week 1.
Build a learning or knowledge product like this
The Shishya tutor stack is available as the education accelerator for schools, coaching institutes, edtech companies and corporate learning teams.
