The problem
What it solves for a business
For: Founders, professionals and small teams who spend hours a day in email, including Indian businesses that track bills in Tally or Zoho Books.
- Hours go into sorting email and writing routine replies.
- Promises made in email ("I'll send it Friday") get forgotten.
- AI email tools bill per seat, and users complain of surprise charges after a trial.
How it works
InboxDraftWriter, step by step
- 01
Sign up and try the demo mailbox
Create a workspace and see the assistant work on a sample mailbox right away.
- 02
Sort
Each email gets one of 8 labels and a priority, with the reason shown; nothing is moved or deleted.
- 03
Draft
Replies are drafted in your voice; facts not in the thread become {{ask: ...}} placeholders instead of guesses.
- 04
Track
Follow-ups and commitments you made become dated reminders, and bills are pulled out with vendor, amount, GSTIN and due date.
- 05
Review and send yourself
You edit and send each draft; auto-send stays off unless the owner sets a confirmed rule.

Why switch
Advantages over Fyxer AI
No per-seat bill
The product is free; only add-ons such as backup AI are charged, at our exact cost.
You stay in control
Drafts wait for you, and every label comes with a reason you can check.
Fewer made-up facts
Drafts are told not to confirm dates, prices or fees that are not in the thread and leave a placeholder instead.
Bills handled
Invoices in email become rows you can export to CSV or Tally XML.

Under the hood
Where AI is used, and where it is not
The model
Surge's own Qwen server (qwen3.8-27b) first; Claude as an at-cost fallback that a 'Surge server only' switch turns off.
Rules and code
Much of the mail is sorted by rules without a model; code holds the only path to sending and blocks auto-send unless the owner switch, a confirmed rule and a known contact are all set.
People in the loop
You send every reply yourself by default; the workspace owner must confirm any auto-send rule.
Book a working session
A working session with our architects on one of your use cases. You bring a process and sample documents; we leave you with a scoped plan: model, hosting, integrations, timeline and cost range.
