The problem
What it solves for a business
For: Real-estate photographers and photo studios, and the agents and brokerages they deliver to.
- Editing every bracketed shoot by hand, or paying per photo, eats into the margin on each listing.
- The cheapest per-photo rates need a large monthly commitment, and cancelling is hard.
- Photos with colour casts or tilted verticals get sent back, and altered photos need proper disclosure before they reach the MLS.
How it works
ListingPhotoStudio, step by step
- 01
Upload brackets
Drop JPEG/PNG files on a listing; brackets are grouped by file name or a fixed count per set.
- 02
Choose edits
HDR merge, window pull, perspective and white balance run by default; add sky, twilight, object removal or a learned style preset.
- 03
QC score
Each photo gets a 0 to 100 score from seven checks plus MLS resolution, and low scores are re-edited automatically up to three times.
- 04
Compliance
Altered photos get a disclosure label on the MLS copy, the unlabeled original is kept, and listing remarks get a fair-housing scan.
- 05
Deliver
Agents get a branded delivery page with ZIP downloads, a property website, a listing video and a floor plan, and can request revisions.

Compliance built in
Altered photos are labelled on the MLS copy and the originals are kept. Listing remarks are scanned for fair-housing issues.
One tool for the whole listing
Editing, copy, floor plan, video, website, booking portal and delivery are in one app.

Use cases
How teams use ListingPhotoStudio
Busy listing photographer
A photographer uploads 30 bracketed shots after a shoot and delivers scored, labelled photos the same day.
Studio running an agent portal
A studio lets agents book shoots and download branded deliveries from its own white-label portal.
Brokerage system integration
A brokerage pushes photos through the REST API and polls each photo's QC score and download links.
Under the hood
Where AI is used, and where it is not
The model
Photo edits run as OpenCV code on CPU. Listing copy uses Qwen on the Surge AI server first (thinking off, 90 s timeout), then Claude as fallback, then a template.
Rules and code
Code does all photo operations, the QC checks and score, automatic re-edits, disclosure labels and the compliance scan.
People in the loop
Photos still below the QC threshold after three re-edits, and agent revision requests, go to a human QC queue with an SLA timer (default 6 hours). The photographer decides what to deliver.
