The problem
What it solves for a business
For: Lead-generation agencies and founders running cold email for several clients at volume.
- Agency sending tools cost hundreds of dollars a month, often behind a demo call and no trial.
- Every rival charges per client for white-label portals or seats.
- Replies across hundreds of mailboxes are hard to sort and answer on time.
How it works
OutreachSender, step by step
- 01
Get approved
New agencies say who they will email and why; an admin approves the account before anything can be sent.
- 02
Connect mailboxes
Add your own mailboxes by SMTP/IMAP, bulk CSV or one-click import from ReplyDak, with limits and a warm-up ramp.
- 03
Import leads
Upload a CSV with auto-mapped columns, or move campaigns and leads over from Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison.
- 04
Build the campaign
Write steps with A/Z variants, spintax, variables and conditional content, scheduled in each lead's time zone.
- 05
Work the inbox
Replies land in one inbox, labelled by AI, with a draft answer you can send or edit.
- 06
Report to clients
Clients see a branded portal and get a weekly report with your agency's name, not ours.

Use cases
How teams use OutreachSender
Agency with many clients
An agency runs one workspace per client, each with its own portal and weekly report.
Moving off a paid sequencer
A founder imports Smartlead campaigns and keeps sending without a monthly fee.
Reply handling
An SDR clears the inbox by label and sends the AI drafts after a quick check.
Mailboxes from ReplyDak
A team buys mailboxes in ReplyDak and imports them into OutreachSender in one click.
Under the hood
Where AI is used, and where it is not
The model
Surge's own Qwen server (qwen3.8-27b) for reply labels, draft replies, sequence writing, spintax and deliverability diagnosis. Claude only if switched on; not needed today. English output only.
Rules and code
Code decides sending limits, schedules, stop rules, bounce brake, auto-pause and the auto-send safety check (numbers, links and promise words must come from saved facts).
People in the loop
An admin approves each new agency; auto-send is off unless you choose labels, and it waits in a hold window you can cancel. Otherwise you send each reply.
Book a working session
A working session with our architects on one of your use cases. You bring a process and sample documents; we leave you with a scoped plan: model, hosting, integrations, timeline and cost range.
