The problem
What it solves for a business
For: Lead-generation agencies and sales teams that run LinkedIn outreach for several senders or clients.
- LinkedIn outreach tools charge per sender every month, and agency packs get expensive fast.
- Replies are spread across many LinkedIn accounts and clients.
- Automating LinkedIn accounts risks restrictions, and support is slow when something breaks.
How it works
ReachDak, step by step
- 01
Get approved
New workspaces share their company, website and use case; an admin approves before senders or leads can be added.
- 02
Add senders
Add each LinkedIn sender with its own daily limits, working hours, time zone and warm-up.
- 03
Load leads
Import a CSV, push leads by API or MCP, or bring campaigns over from HeyReach.
- 04
Build the sequence
Lay out steps such as profile visit, invite with note, message and email, with branches and A/B variants.
- 05
Do the tasks
In Safe mode ReachDak prepares each invite or message and you click Send in your own LinkedIn; nothing is automated.
- 06
Work replies and report
Log replies in one inbox with AI labels and drafts, and share a white-label report with the client.

Why switch
Advantages over HeyReach
No per-sender fee
The product is free; third-party costs such as a cloud sender seat are passed on at cost when that mode is switched on.
No automation of your account in Safe mode
You send every LinkedIn action yourself, so ReachDak does not break LinkedIn's automation rules in that mode.
LinkedIn and email together
Email steps run through OutreachSender in the same sequence, with replies stopping both channels.
Easy to switch and to leave
Import HeyReach campaigns without re-contacting anyone, and export everything as JSON.

Use cases
How teams use ReachDak
Agency with many clients
An agency runs one workspace per client, gets client approval on copy and shares a branded report.
Founder-led LinkedIn outreach
A founder works a daily task list of invites and messages and keeps replies in one inbox.
LinkedIn plus email
A team adds an email step via OutreachSender when an invite is not accepted.
Leaving HeyReach
A team imports its HeyReach campaigns and blacklist; contacted leads resume at the next step.
Under the hood
Where AI is used, and where it is not
The model
Surge's own Qwen server (qwen3.8-27b) for reply labels, drafts, persona and campaign writer, first lines, copy checks and help answers; rules or templates as fallback. English output only.
Rules and code
Code enforces sender limits, working hours, gaps, warm-up, health score, stop-on-reply, do-not-contact and campaign stats.
People in the loop
An admin approves each workspace; in Safe mode a person sends every LinkedIn action; autopilot replies are off unless set per label; clients can approve copy.
