Tagaada
Polite, persistent payment follow-ups for Indian B2B businesses.
An AI back office for businesses that sell on credit. It imports your outstanding invoices, plans who to follow up with, sends escalating reminders with a payment link, reads the replies, and matches bank receipts to open bills.

Who it is for
The buyer and the problem
Owners and accounts teams at Indian B2B SMEs that sell on credit, and CA firms that run accounts for many clients.
- Collections are chased by hand: reading the ageing report, phoning, forwarding invoices one by one.
- Bank receipts are matched to bills by eye, and TDS deductions make the amounts not add up.
- Statutory protections for MSMEs on delayed payments are rarely used because the paperwork takes time.
How it works
Tagaada, step by step
- 01
Import
Bring in outstanding invoices from Tally, Zoho, Excel, CSV or Google Sheets.
- 02
Plan
The planner decides who to contact and when, with quiet hours, holidays and contact caps.
- 03
Remind
Polite, escalating reminders go out by email or WhatsApp in English, Hindi or Hinglish, with a payment link or UPI.
- 04
Read replies
AI turns replies into a promise date, a dispute or a payment claim. Disputes go to a person.
- 05
Reconcile
Bank statements are matched to open bills, allowing for TDS, and confirmed with one click.
- 06
Escalate
When needed, an MSME Samadhaan pack and statutory interest are prepared from your own data.

Under the hood
Where AI is used, and where it is not
The model
Open-source Qwen model on Surge's in-house AI server, with no external fallback. Every AI step has a manual alternative.
Rules and code
Interest, DSO, risk scores and the contact planner are deterministic. Amounts and UTR numbers must appear in the customer's message before they are recorded.
People in the loop
Hindi and Hinglish reminders come from approved templates. Replies in other languages and every bank match are confirmed by a person.
Use cases
How businesses use Tagaada
Overdue invoices
A distributor sends staged reminders with a payment link to every customer past 30 days, without phoning each one.
Promises tracked
"Will pay Friday" becomes a dated promise that Tagaada follows up if it is missed.
Bank reconciliation
A month's bank statement is matched to open bills, including short payments caused by TDS.
CA practice
A CA firm collects documents and year-end balance confirmations across its clients from one view.
