The problem
What it solves for a business
For: Founders, consultants, creators, ghostwriters and small agencies who post on LinkedIn.
- AI tools write posts that sound like everyone else, and I spend a long time fixing them.
- The good LinkedIn writing tools cost up to $99 a month for one profile, with no free trial.
- I worry that browser extensions and automation tools put my LinkedIn account at risk.
How it works
YourPostWriter, step by step
- 01
Teach it your voice
Paste your best posts or upload LinkedIn's own data export (Shares.csv), and it builds a voice card.
- 02
Add what you know
Fill in your about, offers, audience, stories and banned words so drafts use your facts.
- 03
Write
Start from an idea, a URL, a PDF, a YouTube link, pasted text or a short interview, and get drafts with a voice score and hook score.
- 04
Check
The reach check flags generic AI phrasing and engagement bait, and Check facts turns unsupported details into [placeholders].
- 05
Schedule
Put the post in the queue or calendar with a first comment; posts with unfilled placeholders cannot be published.
- 06
Learn
Import LinkedIn's analytics export to see what worked, get AI insights and suggested posting times.

Why switch
Advantages over Kleo
No subscription
The product is free. You pay only when a feature uses a paid third-party service, at the rate it costs us.
Built for LinkedIn's 2026 rules
Every draft goes through a reach check for generic AI phrasing, which LinkedIn said in May 2026 it shows to fewer people. It gives advice only and does not promise reach.
Fewer invented details
Check facts turns details that are not in your profile into [placeholders], and a post with placeholders left cannot be scheduled or published.
Account-safe by design
It is a web app, not a browser extension. It publishes only through LinkedIn's official API and never automates likes, comments, connection requests or messages.
Made for agencies too
Several profiles, team roles and client review links come without the per-profile charge Kleo lists.

Use cases
How teams use YourPostWriter
Founder posting weekly
A founder pastes past posts once, then turns the week's ideas into three scheduled posts in one sitting.
Ghostwriter with clients
A ghostwriter keeps each client in a separate profile and sends a review link the client can approve without logging in.
Repurposing long content
A consultant turns a YouTube talk or a PDF report into a post and a carousel.
Switching tools
A creator imports scheduled posts from a CSV and keeps the queue in their own time zone without anything being published by mistake.
Under the hood
Where AI is used, and where it is not
The model
Qwen3.8-27B on Surge's own AI server (OpenAI-compatible endpoint). Claude is used only if it is deliberately configured as provider or fallback.
Rules and code
Code decides the reach check flags, cliché check, hook rubric scores, character counts, the block on publishing posts with [placeholders], scheduling times, retries and the reconnect path when LinkedIn rejects a token.
People in the loop
The user edits and approves every draft before it is scheduled; agency clients can approve through a review link; nothing posts without the user scheduling or pressing publish.
